What is your style?

I love working with natural light and direct flash when it calls for it. I shoot to capture authentic and emotive images that can hang on your walls or find a home in albums that will live on for years to come. My sweet spot is somewhere between documentary and cinematic - always drawing inspiration from my clients, locations, the world around me, and of course, beautiful light.

Is there a retainer? How much is it?

There is a 30% non-refundable retainer to book your date. Once we’ve had a chance to connect and you let me know that me that you’d like to book your wedding or session, I’ll send a proposal (contract + invoice). When the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, your date or session is secured, and we are ready to roll. virtual high-five!

How many photos do you deliver?

It depends on the session or event - a one hour session is typically between 35-50 images, and wedding galleries I typically deliver between 50-100 images per hour (so about 400 minimum for a standard 8 hour wedding). These are just averages, though; I don’t have a hard-stop! If there’s an image I love, I’m gonna include it in your gallery.

What’s the delivery time?

Delivery times vary whether it’s a mini session, a regular session, or event/wedding. Mini sessions and regular sessions are typically between 2-4 weeks, and wedding deliveries are typically between 6-8 weeks. When you inquire, I’ll let ya know once we chat!

Do you deliver the RAW images?

In short, no. Part of the experience of having your photograph taken is all of the work after our session that goes into editing, which is the best representation of my style and work.

Do you send out a preview?

You betcha! There’s nothing I love more than sending out a teaser batch of images in your own personalized gallery. You can expect to see the sneak peek within 72 hours of your event or session.

Can you shoot, edit, or pose like ________?

Just as every client, session, and wedding is unique, so are shooting, posing, and editing styles. I certainly will take inspiration into consideration, but don’t do copy+paste poses of other people’s work. If you vibe with what you see in my portfolio, then I’m your gal!

Will you photoshop out my _______?

The short of it is that I do not photoshop bodies. I focus on documenting you and your story - whether it’s for your branding, a family session, or your marriage day, etc.

I know we all have our insecurities (me, too!), and I’ll do everything I can (short of digitally altering your body) to help you feel your best both during our time together and in your gallery.

Do you travel for weddings or sessions?

Abso-freaking-lutely! I’m located in the Bay Area, but ya girl loves to travel. I’d be more than happy to plan how to make that happen for ya and can build a customized proposal including travel.
